Built in 2008, this air-conditioned, family-friendly hotel comprises a total of 158 rooms. Guests are welcomed into a reception hall with 24-hour check-in and check-out service. Facilities include a hotel safe, lift access and hairdressing salon. For dining and drinks guests can enjoy the hotel's own café, bar and restaurant. From Leonardo da Vinci Airport: Take the train in the direction of Rome until reaching Tiburtina or Termini. From the railway station (Tiburtina or Termini): Take the metro line b until reaching Ponte Mammolo station. Then take the line bus in the direction of Tivoli via Tiburtina (the bus leaves every 10 or 15 minutes). From Tiburtina station, take the train for Tivoli Terme station, which runs almost every hour. The railway station is situated a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel is situated inside the thermal park, surrounded by 4 large sulphurous water pools with a total area of over 5000 m². Close to the station (tivoli terme)
The hotel is situated inside the thermal park, Le Terme di Roma Acque Albule. The centre and the railway station of Tivoli Terme are only about 300 m away, and links to the Cotral public transport network can be found just outside the hotel. Rome is some 20 km away.
