From the A48 drive towards Grenoble Centre. On arriving at Place Hubert Dubedout turn off onto Gambetta Boulevard. Turn left after about 300 m onto Rue Clot Bey, continue straight ahead and cross the Boulevard Edouard Rey after the traffic lights. The hotel is 30 m ahead on the left-hand side, at the corner with Rue de Palanka. Access via Rue de Palanka.
The hotel offers 65 studios and apartments. Built in 2007, it is fully soundproofed and air-conditioned and offers a wide range of amenities such as lift access, a breakfast room, conference facilities, free wifi access and parking for those arriving by car (charges apply).
The studios are 20-25 m² in size, with a double bed or twin beds. They have a fully equipped kitchenette, a desk, a table, a TV, a telephone and a bathroom. They are decorated in blue and yellow tones. The apartments feature the same decoration and furniture but have a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. They are around 30 m² in size. A hairdryer, Internet access, a mini fridge, a microwave, an iron and ironing board, a balcony or terrace and individually adjustable heating and air conditioning all come as standard.
