Very good customer service, very friendly.
Budget hotel but very good value.

Positive: Clean, tidy, everything worked. Easy work to the nearest tube station. We stayed there before and the improvements from the refurbishment were very evident. Will definitely stay again😀

Positive: Was quite disappointed in the size of the rooms but good value for money ingolds of green situated in a very nice area service staff slightly rude but always willing to charge you for something lovely

Negative: ILike I said the only downsiders was a double small room there's actually a small room celtbury careful because when you paying Thrones a pound for four nights and you double room with the window and smooth them without window you're gonna be very happy but the staff will probably do something about it if you complain and I've grumble enough

Positive: Excellent location. Both access to shops and restaurants and also to public transport. Great to have parking. The front desk and lounge of the hotel was reasonably pleasant.

Negative: Our room was tiny. The bed was tiny. The bathroom was tiny. Seriously, the bathroom could not have been narrower and still fitted a toilet in there. Just a thin sheet on the bed. There was only one plug in the room that wasn't near the bed, so had to go out and buy an extension lead. No lift and very difficult to get luggage up the stairs. Very stale in the room. Was a fan. Quite cool fitted bedside lamp.
