Positive: Nice hotel. Staff are very accommodating. Should be beautiful view of sea, but construction prohibits.
Negative: Construction on hotel next to Summer Dream was not good. Noisy, dusty, prevented parking and made view bad. Had to walk with luggage several blocks on dusty construction site to get to hotel. Television didn’t work
Positive: The room itself was good, but the towels were small, the toiletries were empty, there was no conditioner or shower gel- just a VERY small soap bar, and the hand soap run out and was not refilled until asked. The staff were not friendly. The breakfast bar was a joke, full of flies and very little choice, coffee every day cold, presentation awful, barely any bread. We had an argument between ourselves about whether to leave or stay, but decided to stay since we had already paid. They moved us to a different room with better views… the views of the first day were to a construction site. The access to the hotel is horrific, no road- basically driving off road in a construction site. I cannot understand how Booking.com allows for this. There are no safety standards, the beach is dirty and also with litter and construction things all over. The area itself is beautiful and the sea very good, but its a full on construction site and in a normal country occupancy would not be permitted. Additionally the prices of food were ridiculously high for being in Albania in a construction site.

Positive: The hotel met all my expectations. The room was clean and normal. The food in the restorant omg it was amazing 💫 Having a private beach is a big plus of this hotel. Sea is amazingggg. Thank you Summer Dream i will come back 😉
Negative: Maybe the breakfast can be a bit better ☺️ It is ok but the food in the restorant is awesome so i was expecting better for the free breakfast.
Positive: Exceptional location, superfriendly staff and crystal clear water. Rocky and sandy beach combined. We are returning guests and i would definitely recommend this hotel and location again. The water is warm, beds and umbrella are free for guests, which is added bonus.
Negative: The nearby big hotels unfortunately will change the atmosphere of the beach and this wonderful family hotel. The beach bar close-by is very loud but is not audible from the hotel or the beach of the hotel.

Positive: Great location! Pretty far from everything else it really depends what you want to do in Dhermi. For this stay its best if you are always around the hotel since going somewhere requires a car, the roads are not done so its dirt road with huge holes! Food was okay as well considering everywhere is expensive in town, prices are the same. The beach is super close and your stay pays for the sun-beds, huge plus in Dhermi!
Negative: The air conditioners in every room are super loud so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue. We didn’t get our sheets or towels changed rather just pampered and returned back. The cocktails in the restaurant were not as what it says on the menu. We ordered Mojitos and received Gin and Tonic with Mint.
Positive: Restaurant on site was excellent!!!!
Negative: During my stay there was a lot of neighborhood construction going on. I know this will be an exciting street/neighborhood in the near future .
Positive: Location is amazing , food is really good , the staff is great , thr hotel is really beautiful with the flowers and the build it on the rocks and they busy building nice bar in the back there they have privet hidden Beach, I really recommend this hotel
Negative: It was nice if they was writing something on the road to the hotel of showing 1 foto. The navigation stop and didn't find the way any more 😁and then we realized that is no road, is a long sand road the car almost break down !! But I must say again !! the location make you forget everything when you get there . I don't think that hiding this part is the right thing to do . People want honesty. Just let your location do the work . I really want to be clear , I don't Wright it as negative review !! Is just correct info to deliver to your client.

Negative: Location used to be excellent but they are literally building a city next to the hotel. So expect construction workers and related disturbance (machines, noise etc) during the day. Plus it makes the landscape less beautiful. Also, lots of change vs the pictures. Not all the parts of the hotel are like this because they are doing some construction too Shower was broken and no TV in the bedroom despite it was indicated in the offer
Positive: The location is amazing - last hotel at the end of the strip and there is an idyllic cove arch - perfect for sunset. We didn't know prior to booking, that there was a lot of construction happening next door. Luckily, the building was paused for summer vacation so it didn't impact our trip, but it is good to know beforehand. Even though there was construction it was still a perfect hotel. The staff was accomodating, the restaurant was delicious, and the room came with free beach chairs and towels. The water was crystal clear! All in all - perfect stay.
Negative: The construction was really the only complaint. Hopefully it will be done soon - before next summer!
