For cancellations made by 1 day before the check-in day, a cancellation fee of 1 night is charged. For late cancellations made after this time no penalty is charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, no penalty will be charged.

The Hotel Jakoberhof, a family property founded more than 100 years ago, is located in the city of Augsburg. This recently renovated historic property is situated not far from the railway station and the most important sights. Right round the corner guests can reach on foot the Fuggerei, the Brechthaus and the town hall (Rathaus). The hotel staff is always at your disposal to provide information about all sites of interest of Augsburg. City maps are available at the front desk, open until 11.55 p.m. In the summer, guests can easily visit the city by bike, which can be rented directly at the hotel.
