Entering into the Kingsburgh House's drive, you will be pleased to find that the property is sheltered from the road by a hedge and tall trees, blocking out any eventual road noise. This luxury residence is housed in a refined Victorian house with a garden area at the back of the property that can be hired for weddings and small outdoor receptions. This quiet and tranquil setting is therefore the ideal place for business people, visitors to Edinburgh and Ruby fans to relax and unwind. There is also free wireless Internet access throughout the building. A fax service will also come in handy for business guests, which is available at the front desk. The drawing room can also be hired for meetings of up to 10 people and catering can be organized upon request.

A full Scottish breakfast and continental buffet are included and are taken in the elegant surroundings of the beautiful Victorian dining room. Lunch and dinner can be taken as a buffet or ordered à la carte.

An excellent standard of accommodation is provided in all rooms with a private bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, welcoming sherry, hairdryer, trouser press, direct dial telephone, TV (some with DVD player), Internet access, iron and ironing board, central heating, and a radio alarm.

Edinburgh is renowned for its Festival Entertainment and Tattoo. Many pop concerts are staged at Murrayfield and Edinburgh Castle throughout the year. Murrayfield is the home of Scottish rugby and enjoys many international matches. There is also a golf course 600 m from the guesthouse.
