The Savoia Hotel Country House, was an ancient abandoned colonial building, completely restored in 1992, transforming an old, ruined property into a modern and elegant retreat, located just outside of Bologna. The hotel is composed by three buildings, two of them are connected with a convenient underground passage. The restaurant is a place deeply rooted in the memories and emotions of the Trombetti family, well versed in the traditions of local cuisine. The allure of the 60s lives on indoors where the great seating capacity matches the best typical Bolognese dishes. The restaurant offers special dinner parties with live music and a wide and tasty variety of menus.
