Riad Daria is a very charming guest house the heart of the Kasbah in a quiet neighbourhood. Originally an old palace owned by the King?s family, it has been lovingly renovated in the traditional Hispano-Moresque style of architectural, retaining many of its authentic features and is now a luxurious Riad with five rooms and two suites, and is easily accessed by car.Accommodation 2 suites of 65m2 with chimney place, small dressing room and private patio, 3 spacious rooms of 22m2, each with room for an extra single bed, 2 rooms of 12m2, one of which is a single room. Riad Daria has two floors: The Ground floor patio-garden with: - A large and light lounge, - A dining room which can be converted into a meeting room, - Two large rooms and a suite with four-poster bed -Two patios, one with splash pool, the other with a fountain and shaded by orange-trees. The first floor with: - Three delightful rooms, two of which are inter-connecting, - A large sunny suite with an open-air cupola, which is covered in the winter, - A television lounge with satellite TV. A very large terrace with pergola with orange trees and flowers, and some private spaces, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Atlas Mountains and the Koutoubia mosque.
Expenses of cancellation: - More than 30 days before the date of arrival: no expenses, - From 30 to 21 days before the date of arrival: 25% of the total stay, - From 20 to 08 days the date of arrival: 50% of the total stay, - From 07 to 02 days before the date of arrival: 75% of the total stay, - Cancellation day before or the very same day of arrival: 100% of the total stay, - No show: 100% of the total stay, - - The daily tax is included on the rates.
You can cancel the reservation without penalty fee until 30 days before check in date
Being a Riad, it hasn't got its own space for a restaurant but the patios; an ideal area with orange trees and with romantic candle lights for dinner.
Also, the breakfast and dinner can be taken in any part of the Riad. The guest can elect to have his meal in the dinning room, in the large patio, on the terrace and if the guest prefer in his room.
Specialise in traditional food, the Moroccan cuisine served at this Riad Daria is refined and delicate.
The exterior looks as a good wealthy family house in la Medina.
There is not a lobby itself but the patios are used as the area to rest upon arrival.
All the rooms of the riad open on one of the patios of the guesthouse. Simplicity and style are the decorative motto chosen by the riad daria owners. Conceived in a pure Moroccan style, the walls of the different bathrooms have been finished with a tadelakt technique. This fine craftsmanship gives these rooms an exquisite light ambiance.
All the rooms have there own private bathroom fitted to fulfill international standards. Some of the rooms of the Riad Daria can communicate between each other making it ideal for families.

Ideally located close to the Royal Palace, in one of the quieter streets of the Kasbah area of the medina, this delightful riad has been renovated in traditional Moroccan style. The Riad, as a difference to the others, is arranged around two interior patios. It must be said that the Riad Daria has the touch and authenticity of typical Marrakech master's house. Recently renovated, the house has been restored to it's original beauty.
