In the vicinity of the apartments there are many excellent golf courses.
At 200 meters you will find the train station of Los Boliches, which runs between Fuengirola and Malaga and stops at different points of interest like: Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Comercial Centre Plaza Mayor, Malaga Airport and the central station AVE of Malaga city.

There are plenty of opportunities for sailing and various other watersports in the area around the promenade.
