The hotel is not open during the night and guests arriving late should ring the bell (left side of the entrance) to receive a code. The code can then be used to collect the key from the key-deposit box. This will open the door and let guests into their room. It is a non-smoking hotel.

From the A1 motorway: exit at Zurich-Unterstrass, follow Schaffhauserplatz and take Weinbergstrasse. The hotel is on the left-hand side (pink building). From Zurich main station: take tram number 7 towards Stettbach, get off at Ottikerstrasse. From Zurich Airport: take the train to Zurich Hauptbahnhof (main station). Then take tram number 7 towards Stettbach and get off at Ottikerstrasse.
