Positive: It was originally a bank and you can imagine that when you walk into the lobby. We stayed in the suit which is the only room on the third floor. The room is large, bed is large, the tv is large and so is the bath. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is ideal. We found a great place to eat. Cervejaria Martins Sports Bar is across the Plaza from the hotel. It is filled with locals and the food is good. Staff is really friendly and made us feel at home.

Positive: The location was just outside of medieval center and the lobby, a former bank, was really lovely. Also the beds were extremely comfortable
Negative: The way the hotel was designed was very funky and a little unsettling. Our toilet wouldn’t stop running when we flushed it. The staff spoke limited English. The breakfast was very basic and the coffee machine was powdered milk and low quality grounds.

Negative: The sound of the cars moving close creates an echo and a vibration. Not super quiet. But there are not many cars going by.

Negative: Dark and a little smelly, the walls in the bathroom needed new plaster. The door for the toilet wasn’t a real door. We didn’t actually have a window we could open.

Positive: Staff is absolutely welcoming and they gave us lots of tips. Surroundings are very nice and the hotel is located in the pure centre. We never used our car while there.

Negative: toilet paper is bad quality. they do clean. but it's just a tidy up. I spilled coffee on the floor on the 1st day and it was not cleaned by the cleaning crew. The breakfast had a good variety. however a lot of the food was stale. Also don't think a dining room should be carpeted. I do think the room should of had a bath.
