The Brasserie on Level 2 caters for Breakfast (buffet) for all guests and Dinner for Groups only. There is a bar on level 2 which is a very comfortable place to enjoy a drink and light meal. The decor is modern and there is an excellent tapas menu. The Deli and Cafe Co. on the ground floor opens onto York Street, with a sidewalk atmosphere and caters to FIT dinner bookings. This medium rise art deco style building was built in 1928 originally as a department store. It was then used during the war as a headquarters for military personnel. In 1997 it was converted in to a hotel and remains heritage listed. The hotel has been designed to beautifully demonstrate the history of the hotel.
