Positive: The hotel is fantastic. It's located right across from the train station, very convenient to arrive and leave Marrakech, especially for those who carrying large luggage. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful. Enjoying breakfast in the garden is a delightful experience. The front desk staff Reda were incredibly helpful, warm, and spoke excellent English. He provided us with a lot of useful advice for our tours. thumbs up

Positive: Wonderful Stay at Longue Vie Marrakech We had a great experience at Longue Vie Marrakech. First of all, the property was impeccably clean and ideally located—close to everything you might need. The convenience of basement parking was also a big plus. The service truly stood out. Every time we made a request, especially at the restaurant, the staff took the time to ask for specific details to ensure our satisfaction. This attention to detail was impressive. I had the pleasure of meeting Steven, the Manager Controller, and he was simply fantastic. His passion for hospitality and dedication to the hotel’s quality were evident in every interaction. He genuinely cares about the guests and the overall experience. Breakfast was very good as well—everything you need to start your day was available and well presented. Highly recommended!
Negative: The only downside was the pool policy. The hotel allows outside guests to purchase day passes for pool access, which makes it difficult for residents to find sunbeds—especially in the afternoon. Considering the pool isn’t very big, it can get quite crowded, which takes away from the relaxing atmosphere we were hoping for.
Positive: The staff at reception when we arrived were really disorganized. I have to thanks the lady at the reception who helped us to find another hotel where to get a day pass for the pool as this hotel pool was full and really few deckchairs.
Negative: We were really disappointed not to have a place at the pool. With few deckchairs and also open to the public with day passes, you can't expect to spend the whole day at the hotel pool. Too bad there are so many escorts.
Positive: I really appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were, especially Mohammed B. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and well taken care of. Mohammed B helped me find a good ATM for currency exchange, arranged safe cabs, and made sure any drivers picking me up were trustworthy. The hospitality was excellent! Truly, this was an amazing stay, and I'll definitely be back!! :) I loved Marrakech 😍
Negative: The shower was a bit dated, and water would sometimes spill onto the bathroom floor. It was not a big issue, but it was a nuisance some days

Positive: Really nice modern hotel right next to the train station. perfect if you're passing through town and need a relaxing western style accomodation.
Positive: We were happy to find the Longue Vie Hotel after our flight was canceled and we had to scramble to find accommodation. We chose Longue Vie based on its ratings in Booking.com and its proximity to the airport. We booked a queen junior suite and were upgraded to a king - our room was giant and included a sitting room, workspace, and an additional chair table set-up which allowed both of us to work. The bathroom was also giant with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast buffet was extensive and included a Moroccan breakfast station with omelets on the patio. The staff was very nice and super accommodating - we were very thankful that they were able to extend our stay when we learned that we would need another night's accommodation. The rooftop pool/lounge had a good vibe and the location is an easy walk to many good restaurants in Gueliz and much more convenient to this neighborhood than our stay in the Medina.
Negative: The only disappointment was the road noise. If you book here, bring earplugs or request a room off the main road. Please note that the bed is very firm and the pillows could be improved, very lumpy.

Negative: Both time I stayed at Longue Vie, the room was only ready for check-in at the stipulated time and not a minute earlier.

Positive: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the warm, friendly, and helpful staff made us feel so welcome, thankyou to the porter who helped us with our bags to the room, reception, parking attendants, security and the cleaners (our room was spotless) and every other member of the team! A very special thank you to Mr. Youssef Manssouri, whose thoughtfulness truly made our experience extra special! After realising it was my partners birthday he and the reception sang happy birthday and MR. Youssef personally arranged a beautiful room decoration. He decorated the room with petals spelling out “Happy birthday Luke”, balloons, a stunning bunch of flowers and a lovely cake, macaroons, fruit and nuts creating the most perfect atmosphere for celebration. It was such a lovely surprise for my partner and added a personal touch that we will never forget out of his own kindness. The attention to detail and the care shown by the staff truly set this hotel apart. The hotel was very clean, rooms were flawless and very well maintained! We would definitely return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and truly special stay. Thank you again to everyone, and especially to Mr. Youssef, for making our time here so extraordinary!

Positive: Perfect location in marakesh. The breakfast was supper nice. The staff was cery welcoming and smiling. And also i will never forget the help of the staff when i had car accident they helped me a lot and they been so helpful
Negative: The elevator was super slow and small. The entrance and exit of the garage was a bit difficult

Positive: The property is beautiful and pristine. Marrakech is a busy city but this property is very quiet. It had a great ambience and was perfect for if you need to work remotely like I did for a few days. My suite was GORGEOUS! The entire staff was so warm, welcoming, and super helpful. I appreciate Safae and Youssef for looking after me and making sure I had a wonderful stay. The breakfast every morning was delicious and there were a ton of options. The spa is a MUST. Overall, this is my new favorite hotel and I will return every future visit to Marrakech.
