Opened in 2003 and renovated in 2005, there is a total of 20 guestrooms spread over 4 floors of which 4 are apartments and 3 are studios. The air-conditioned hotel offers all facilities as well as friendly and helpful staff. A lobby with safes, a currency exchange counter and a 24-hour reception is to be found within the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel includes a café, a breakfast and dining room, a pub, shops, a bar, a restaurant with highchairs as well as a smoking area. Guests may make use of the laundry services and parking is on hand for those guests arriving by car.
Guests may serve themselves from the buffets at breakfast and dinner. In the evenings guests may dine à la carte or chose from the set menu. Guests may book either a half-board stay or bed and breakfast.
The rooms and apartments are comfortable and afford a cosy atmosphere. They all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a small fridge, carpeting, a hire safe, an Internet connection, ironing equipment and either a double or king-size bed. Water sports options include banana boating, motor boating, pedaloes and windsurfing. Guests are also able to play beach volleyball, golf and billiards as well as try their hand at archery. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out ready for use on the beach (available at an additional fee).

How to arrive
This small, charming hotel is situated at the heart of Sunny Beach and is surrounded by many bars, restaurants, discos and shops. The sandy beach can be reached in about 700 m. Public transport links are 100 m away, and a bus stop is 1 km away, from where guests may enjoy connections to Nessebar, Sozopol, Burgas and other towns of historical interest and with good value shops. Burgas airport lies approximately 30 km away and Varna airport is 100 km from the hotel.
