Hosteria Rio Grande is a small lodge located in the quiet town of Futaleufu, especially for travelers who venture to explore the beautiful Chilean Patagonia. Since its inception, this cozy Hosteria is dedicated to providing convenience and comfort to its passengers now becoming a lodge for adventure with the best accommodation facilities and services.
Your passengers can enjoy and relax in the bar. Eating in the restaurant and descasar of multiple activities that the area offers. The Lodge has a number of cozy fireplaces and wood stoves, also have a map of wall (2 meters x 2 meters) topographic map covering our entire region from Chaiten to Futaleufu, ideal for planning several days of trekking and hiking riding from the hotel.

How to arrive
Futaleufu is geopolitically in Xth Lakeland, Palena Province, on the northern tip of Chilean Patagonia, 156 km. From the city of Chaitén.
A Futaleufu accessed from Puerto Montt, on the following major roads:
? Air: From Puerto Montt to Futaleufu from airports Tepual or La Paloma (45 min.). You can also hire a private charter from Pto. Montt directly to aerodrome Futaleufu (2 hours).
By Sea: From Puerto Montt to Chaiten Barge (10 hours, respectively) and from Chaiten to Futaleufu ground (3 hours).
By Road: From Puerto Montt to Osorno and thence passing Paso Cardenal Samore Argentina Villa La Angostura, Bariloche, El Bolson, Esquel, Trevalga and Futaleufu. Travelling by private car or public bus, departing from Pt. Montt.
