Positive: Loved the fantastic location, staff, property. Truly excellent service with an amazing full breakfast and excellent coffee provided on the terrace overlooking the pretty harbor. Croatians are welcoming, helpful and friendly in general but this staff takes it to a new level. The pool and bars are gorgeous, clever and topnotch, as are the sauna and other amenities. Supetar is on the beautiful end of the main little promenade, and the lovely walk to the point of the peninsula provides the ideal sunset view. Our room in the newly restored historic residence building had modern European appointments, a huge shower (with the best towels ever, lol), floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom that opened to the optimal view of the street and harbor scene, but totally quiet when closed. This charming luxurious property-- artfully decorated and beautifully landscaped--is close to the airport but feels a world away. Next time we will stay there, water taxi into Dubrovnik and hire a private sail experience. HIGHLY recommended. .

Positive: Everything about our stay at Hotel Supetar was next level amazing!! From the food, to the room, to the staff — every detail of every day was wonderful. The grounds and rooms are stylish, functional, luxurious, and all very design forward. The food included local specialities/ingredients and was clearly labeled with allergens which was great for me! The kitchen could customize dishes to accommodate food allergies as well, and every single thing we ate was delicious!! We can’t wait to return one day!

Negative: the hotel should let you know in advance how to get there (phone front desk from gated entrance to pedestrian area), we had to walk with out luggage from the bus terminal
Positive: It is a very cozy boutique hotel in a perfect location in Cavtat village. Amazing people work there, a good isolation in the room, all is really perfect.
Negative: I would only notice one thing, but it’s almost for all the hotels. I don’t understand why the hotels of this luxury level don’t have A GOOD IRON. We come with expensive closes and when we need to iron it we get the most cheap an leaking iron which damage these expensive clothes… to buy a good iron or a steamer for guest can evaluate service🙏🏻 but it’s for all the hotels the same problem. Doesn’t matter how much stars, only few hotels really care about iron quality for the guests.
Positive: Beautiful property and the staff were all incredible. Pool was lovely and nice that it was heated for comfort. The Breakfast was delightful.

Positive: This property is a gem! Well-appointed with gorgeous decor and public areas. Cozy & quaint resort town that is just minutes from the airport. Will make a trip back to Croatia just to visit Cavtat again - and without a doubt, will stay at Hotel Supetar. The staff is top-notch!

Positive: We didn’t made a special order because buffet had everything you can imagine and if you planning to stay and dine in this hotel my suggestion is to reserve the table on the front terrace because atmosphere is so intimate and romantic and scenery is breathtaking and it’s so peaceful
