Opened in 2005, this apartment complex comprises a total of 18 self-contained apartments and 4 studios, which are grouped in 3 clusters. The apartments and studios are located on a 1-hectare site with grass, plants, and flowers. The complex's facilities include a lobby, a small supermarket, games room, and bike hire. Breakfast is served in the café. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground. Furthermore, there is a doctor on call. A car park is available for those arriving by car.
Fourteen of the apartments can each accommodate 4-5 people and come with two bedrooms and a living room. Four apartments are designed for 2 people and have a bedroom and a living room. Additionally, 4 studios for 2 people are available. The accommodation units each come with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, an oven, double glazing, tea and coffee-making facilities, a double bed, a hire safe, and a large balcony with views of the fort, the sea, and the mountains. The apartments for 2 have three air conditioning units - one in the bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen. The other apartments have individually regulated and air conditioning throughout. The 6 apartments with two bedrooms have central heating. A baby's cot can be organised upon request.
In the extremely well-maintained grounds there is a 125 m² swimming pool, a paddling pool, a sun terrace, a poolside snack bar, and sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Guests can enjoy a game of table tennis. Sun loungers and parasols are also available on the beach.
