Negative: Will not supply a receipt for my stay
Positive: A nice business hotel
Negative: Sold as City Centre but it is a 16 pound taxi ride out in the country. Nothing around. You are stuck at the hotel unless you call for a taxi.
Positive: Comfortable beds and room clean
Negative: The tills weren’t working so couldn’t eat at the hotel went to sainsburys in the ice.
Positive: Rooms were warm , but bar/dining area very cold,unless you sat directly under the ceiling vents Breakfast and breakfast staff good Bar staff good Ryan, the barman/waiter worked extremely hard
Negative: The cold sitting areas. The fact that it was impossible to get anything in the afternoon, not even a cup of coffee Install a machine maybe? Contractors staying, no problem with that but why did housekeeping not get the mud off the carpets which was everywhere? Dismissive attitude of some staff. Clearly, this hotel is run on a skeleton staff to save money, and it shows We waited over an hour for mains one night.
Positive: There is a slight smell in the carpets but otherwise the staff were all very friendly and warm.
