The restaurant is now managed by the celebrity and Michellin starred chef Gordon Ramsay, and offers fantastic dishes with an Italian influence. The Connaught Bar, an Edwardian jewel decorated by Nina Campbell, and The American Bar with it's unbeatable collection of whiskies are also available for guests.
