The buillding is at the heart of a peaceful and elegant residential zone of Bogotá. It offers 27 suites. The Junior suite is a long room with bathroom, livingroom, work area and queen bed. The suite is a long room with batrhroom with jacuzzi and shower, room with fireplace, balcony, work area and snack zone. The business center counts with all the tools the visitor may require such as Internet access, scanner, printer, fax and secretarial service. Casa Real has an agreement with a functional and spacious center of exercise located a few meters away from the building.

The rate does not include the 19% VAT tax on accommodation, hotel insurance or other additional charges that the Hotel may charge; They must be paid directly at the Hotel. Foreigners not resident in the country who acquire a tourist package, checking their immigration status with the current PIP5 Entry and Permanence Permit seal, with the current PTP-5 Temporary Permit Permit seal, or the current TP-11 visa; they will be exempt from the 19% VAT tax.
