Positive: Great location with guest parking behind and a lovely outdoor patio where a nice breakfast was served.
Negative: The weather was very hot during our stay and there was no A/C. There was a fan which helped!
Positive: Great location. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast options and a kids play area that was an unexpected bonus.
Negative: The parking is very tight. Do not drive a large vehicle and expect to find parking.

Positive: Room was very well furnished and the restaurant had good dinner and breakfast options. My car was too large to fit into the hotel's small parking lot, but luckily they partner with a nearby lot that is much larger.
Negative: Would've liked if the fridge had a small freezer.

Positive: The breakfast was wonderful. The dining room was beautiful. The selection was outstanding. The rooms are very nice with a water closet separate form the shower, very nice. The decor is beautiful. The SPA is mediocre and didn't work well, but this place is a gem. I highly recommend it. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. Ask for the Fussen card which allows discounts in town and at the attractions, it is paid for in your hotel fees.

Negative: Even though we reserve parking at hotel they sent us three blocks to a different one. Hotel employees weren’t friendly or care. Not a god experience.
Positive: Staff at reception was very nice. When we wanted to extend our stay, they made an effort to let us keep the same room.

Positive: The locations was perfect and the city was lovely. We enjoyed walking around after our visit to Neuschwanstein. Our room was very nice with a distinct Bavarian flair. Well done. The breakfast was wunderbar and we enjoyed a lovely dinner the night before.

Negative: I had a confirmation for parking in the hotel, so I ride directly to the garage and then up to the reception, where the receptionist told me that the parking is full and I have to park in a public parking 10 minutes from the hotel, I showed him the hotel confirmation, but he urge that i cannot park inside. I was with my son and very tired, otherwise i will cancel the room and go to another hotel.
