Completely renovated in 2003, the apartment complex comprises a total of 27 apartments set over two floors. Facilities on offer include a foyer with hotel safe, a currency exchange counter, a café, a cosy bar-restaurant as well as a further restaurant.
Lunch may be chosen from the à la carte menu.
The reception is open from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 1pm and from 4pm to 6pm; on Saturday's it is open from 9.30am to 1.30pm and from 6pm to 7.30pm.
The tastefully fitted apartments all come with an integrated living room/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, and a spacious en suite bathroom. Satellite/ cable TV, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle and a hire safe are also provided as standard in every apartment. In addition, all the apartments have a balcony or a terrace.
There is a swimming pool with sun loungers laid out ready for use in the outdoor complex of the hotel.

How to arrive
This friendly apartment complex is located in Puerto del Carmen, 300 from the marina and 400 m from the town centre. Countless shops, bars, and a magnificent beach are all located less than 1 km away, while restaurants, supermarkets, and a chemist are all to be found directly in front of the hotel. The nearest public transport stop is sited in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and can be easily reached on foot.
