    The Hotel is wonderful, decorations great, gardens amazing, food great, and at reasonable prices for such a 5 star hotel.

    Positive: Breakfast excellent, Gasparilla's really good, valet parking staff where perfect.

    Negative: Front desk staff at breakfast where rude, talked to my twenty year old children like dirt, breakfast serving staff where excellent.
