Positive: Great location. Loved log burner. Loads of farm animals for the kid to look at. You can feed some of them too which is a bonus. Kids and our dog enjoyed stay!
Negative: We used postcode and followed sat nav but it wasn't easy to find at first. Mobile signal was poor so lost sat nav briefly.

Negative: WIFI a bit patchy but didn't really cause a problem.
Positive: Well equipped, generous welcome, dog friendly, very clean and comfortable, even better than photos suggest. Well placed to explore local heritage sites.
Negative: WiFi was patchy and no mobile phone signal due to a problem with the local transmitter.
Positive: Clean, well equipped, great location and very good value. The owner had left some goodies in the kitchen for us and our dog, which was a lovely touch.
Negative: outside lighting might have been helpful, but didn’t spoil anything for us.
