Positive: The room that i booking is very big and clean. I really like the breakfast i stay for 3 day. The 1st day chicken rendang, 2nd day chicken curry.
Positive: Customer Service are prompt
Negative: The original room that was allocated to us, aircon not working, wifi signal very weak. Maintenance team take a look and have us change our room. In the new room, phone is not working and maintenance got a replace phone for us from the original room. Phone rang once in the middle of the nite and it startled us. It does not stop ringing even after i pick up the call and i have to remove the phone cable. Quite disappointed.

Positive: Friendly and courteous staff, the hotel is within walking distance to two busy malls, Jonker street, some national museum and exhibitions.
Negative: Very limited international choices for breakfast, the coffee is served at room temperature (throughout my stay), these can be easily fixed by adding some ready-made options and also using an electrical pot for the coffee. The bathroom floor was quite slippery
