Positive: they only gave us one key per room and at check it took so long them checking the rooms to return the down payment back and they where asking about the keys when the rep only gave us 1 per room because she didn't have any more keys and the owner was not there that night

Negative: The property was very outdated. My bathroom had a leaking faucet that dripped non stop. Tv remote had duct on the back of it. Ceiling had stains on it.
Positive: I liked the receptionist. She was very helpful. Breakfast was well organized. But the burning of incense was a bit annoying.
Negative: The hallways are in dire condition. Paint chips on door frames, Ceilings are dirty and falling apart. A hole in the ceiling looked ugly.

Negative: The electrical system in my room/building was subpar. The lights flickered and the micro wave beeped all night. The hotel is located near one of the most iconic please in the world but the hotel is not up to standards. It looks the owner/manager is taking advantage of it location and not the importance to the area. I would not stay there again
Positive: The lady at the front desk was amazing and made the check in process easy and pleasant. The price was affordable especially for last minute travel/booking. It was also very quiet.
Negative: The rooms could be updated, the door was pretty banged up, the air conditioner was filthy and broken, and the light above the bathroom sink didn't work.

Negative: It was unclean, the beds were hard, the walls were thin and there were people yelling in the hallway til 3am. The person working the front desk was very rude and creepy. He kept standing outside my hotel room door until late into the night.
Positive: The remodeled room was very nice! The staff remembered us from the last visit.
Negative: The breakfast could have been a little more ...but they are working on everything else; so I'm sure it will change for the better over time.
