Positive: - Beautiful views overlooking the sea - Staff in buffet was very sweet
Negative: - Difficult to figure out parking when first arriving. - neighbor smoked and the smell got into my room. Had to ask 3 times to change rooms - Asked if I could work at a table and was told yes. Another employee told me I had to buy a drink. Little things like that added up
Positive: Location great, pool wonderful, breakfast ample. The staff were friendly and advised us on some local festivities we wouldn't have known about otherwise. It's located right in front of the large pool complex, and a block away from the train to the Loro Parque. The parking was extra and very tight, but better than trying to find parking on the street.

Positive: This hotel is a gem. Such a beautiful location with it's rooftop views and pool.
Negative: Sadly, this year the quality of the rooftop bar was nowhere near the level of last year. Very little staff and the warm dishes were disappointing.
Positive: The wonderful staff, the breakfast, cleanliness of the room

Negative: there wasn’t any way to use the AC - Only central heating which was terrible as it was 22 Celsius outside horrible sounds from the fan every time you turn the lights in the bathroom every time you shower there are lots of water spilled due to lack of curtains WiFi was sliw

Positive: Great location!! Right on the water and right in the middle of all the action. Most of the shops and restaurants that aren't right outside the door are just a short walk away. Roof-top bar is spectacular!
Negative: Roof-top bar was not open for sunset. I was glad I had an ocean -view room. Nightly entertainment was quite loud and directly below my balcony. It was nice to listen to but no one is going to bed early.
