Positive: Atenciosos, educados e generosos! Estadia no Tororão sempre renova as energias e tem um staff 10/10. Recomendo!
Positive: staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and they even let us eat before breakfast hours, to catch an early flight.
Negative: Our toilet was clogged, we let staff know about it, they said it was fixed but it was still not flushing well.
