The accommodation all features interiors by world-renowned interior designers KKS International. Each apartment is fully air-conditioned and features a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, a microwave and a fridge. Other facilities include a washing area equipped with a washer, a dryer and an iron and ironing board. There is a living area with a lounge sofa, a coffee table, cable TV and a DVD player, as well as a dining area. Each of the 3-bedroom suites features a carpeted master bedroom with a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, an electronic safe and an en suite marble bathroom fitted with a full-size long bathtub and a separate standing shower cubicle. The other rooms have one queen-size bed and two single beds respectively, with a common bathroom with shower. These residences are located in the Scotts Road/Newton area, in a quiet corner of the prestigious residential neighbourhood of Cairnhill and only a 5-minute walk away from the Sheraton Towers, the infamous Newton Hawker Centre and Newton MRT Station. Guests can take advantage of a regular shuttle service to Orchard Road, just a 5-minute ride away. Within a 10- to 15-minute drive are the Singapore Botanic Gardens and the National Orchid Garden, Little India, Arab Street, the Takashimaya Shopping Centre, the National Museum and Fort Canning Park.
