The small hotel built in the typical style of the area consists of 40 rooms in 2-storey white blocks surrounding an outdoor pool, with a garden and colourful bougainvillea creeping up the walls. Facilities include a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a small lobby area with 24-hour reception and seating, and an outdoor bar. Guests also have a hotel safe, TV lounge, children's playground and room service (for a fee) at their disposal.
The simply furnished rooms are en suite and equipped with centrally controlled air conditioning, a TV and telephone and come with either a small balcony or terrace. All rooms feature a shower and hairdryer.
Guests may take an invigorating dip in the outdoor swimming pool and refreshments are served at the poolside snack bar. Sun lounger and parasols are laid out at the hotel for guests' use. Sun loungers can also be found on the sandy beach and parasols may be hired there. For additional fees the hotel provides table tennis and pool/snooker, whilst darts is also available.

The hotel is located in the popular resort of Bitez, just a short stroll from the popular beach where cafés and restaurants line the small promenade. Local transport with links to the nearby towns and the cosmopolitan resort of Bodrum is a few metres from the hotel. Milas-Bodrum Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 35 kilometres.
