Located in the Seminyak area, the property celebrates the concept of a small community where privacy is respected, but plenty of social interaction is possible if desired. All of the 23 villas lie within a walled compound and are accessed through a Balinese-style entrance gate to reveal a swimming pool and well-tended garden. Facilities at the finca include a lobby with hotel safe, wireless Internet access, and room and laundry services (both for additional fees).
Breakfast is served each morning and lunch and dinner are offered as set menus.
The villas are tastefully decorated with stylish timber furnishings and casual textiles. Creative pieces of art by local artisans pay homage to Bali's artistic cultural heritage where everyday life is devoted to the Gods to attain spiritual fulfilment. All of the villas come complete with air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen and a semi-open en suite bathroom with separate shower facility and lavish sunken tub. A direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access, a safe, minibar and a balcony or terrace also feature as standard in all villas.

Located down a paved landscaped lane, the resort is just off one of the most vibrant streets in Seminyak, within convenient walking distance of popular restaurants, cafés and bars. It is conveniently situated only 30 minutes' drive from the airport and 5 minutes' drive from Pettitenget Beach.
