Positive: Nothing
Negative: Very dirty and without any maintenance
Positive: The room was totally inadequate for us. No chair to set on for eating or playing cards or just doing paperwork. Very inadequate.
Negative: The rooms and furniture (except bed) were totally inadequate. Towels were well worn and sometimes stained. VERY disappointed in the rooms.
Positive: The only thing I liked about this place was the location. Right in front of the ocean with lots of people walking, jogging, playing sports, swimming etc
Negative: Everything about the facility was not worth my time or money. The elevator broke. I was stuck in the upper level from 3ish until about 8:45 pm. Very stressful situation because I am in crutches recovering from hip surgery and can’t do stairs. My main reason to chose this hotel was so I could go outside and enjoy the sun and the beach view, this didn’t happen because I got stuck. Once the elevator got fixed they gave me another room (claustrophobic with no windows and AC control hard for me to reach. I left earlier and got refund, at least that. The front desk people were very kind. I feel sorry for them though, for having to be polite under not favorable circumstances.
