Positive: The location was good and room was clean
Negative: Shared bathroom was bad and for that kind of room was expensive
Positive: Friendly staff, big clean room, spacious clean bathroom, nice breakfast, very good coffee, cute courtyard, close to a supermarket and tram/bus stops. The hotel has a really nice outdoor part which must be super cosy in the summer (we visited the place in February).
Negative: No lift might be a problem for some.
Positive: Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay. The location in Wedding, Berlin, was perfect. The Nauener Platz (U9 line) station is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to get around the city.

Positive: The apartment was clean, had comfortable beds, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We were grateful to find a more affordable accommodation for 5 people. The staff were very kind as well throughout the stay. The kitchen in our room was a big bonus for us so that we could cook meals (had fridge, stovetop, oven, pans, and kitchen essentials).
Negative: Not big problems for us, but something to note for others that it may be a bigger impact: We were on the 5th floor with no elevator and each time we walked to the bus/metro or larger grocery stores, it took 10 min or longer to get there.

Negative: 5th floor (theoretically 6th floor) without a lift and without prior notice was the biggest disappointment, no parking, no facilities in the room such as a kettle, slippers, a TV, etc.
