The complex was opened in May, 2005. It is housed in a pleasant building that dates from the late 19th century, and which has been fully restored. Each of the complex's 27 apartments is fully equipped and furnished, and ranges in size from one to four rooms. The apartments offer the privacy and comfort of a personal flat. Facilities at this air-conditioned aparthotel include a lobby, 24-hour check-out service, hotel safe, cloakroom and lift access. There is a café in the complex, and Internet access and a laundry service are available.

St. Sophia Cathedral is around 2 km away, St. Andrew's Church and Andriyivsky Uzviz Street, the oldest street in Kiev, are both around 2.2 km away. The nearest metro stop is around 50 m from the hotel. The central railway station is around 1 km away and the central bus terminal some 8 km.
