Take the road towards Downtown Cancun (el centro). Once on Tulum Avenue, make a right to Coba Avenue. Before entering the Hotel Zone, make a left to Bonampak avenue and continue straight. Tax Information
As of April 1, 2021, VISITAX enters into force to facilitate the payment of the use of foreign tourism. It can be done from the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists may cover it before their arrival or during their stay. As of January 1, 2017, tourists must pay an ISH rate per room and per night of occupancy under the concept of Environmental Sanitation Rights carried out by the municipality. This fee must be paid at the hotel.
How to arrive
The hotel is located about 25 minutes north of Cancun's hotel zone. Looking west out over the Caribbean to Isla Mujeres, Playa Mujeres is the mainland portion of the Isla Mujeres municipality. It is 30 minutes from the airport.
