Positive: Great location and very spacious apartment but coffee pot was disgusting.
Negative: Would have received 10 stars but the coffee pot was very dirty and gross. There was a plastic water bottle inserted inside the water compartment. I don't know why but if there was a problem with the coffee maker, it should be replaced , not modified with a nasty water bottle. The rest of the coffee maker was dirty also. Please replace it.
Positive: Location was close to everything.
Negative: The WiFi was intermittent.

Positive: Great location! Host was proactive, responsive, professional and friendly. Accommodations were bright, cozy and spacious. This was my family of five's favorite place we stayed at while in Italy this spring.
Positive: Great location, just off Main Street, lots of restaurants and bars, very scenic, overlooked the bay, had a washing machine, shower was great

Positive: Host was great. Had a small issue and he appeared immediately. Didn’t hear much from them until the day of arrival. Location was great- near restaurants. Place was clean. Easy access to train and bus station. Great to have a washer. Bed was very comfortable
Positive: Great location, very homey.
Positive: Wonderful location. A short walk to the train station (<10mins), one block from the main square with access to unlimited shopping and restaurants as well as the stairway that leads down to the sea port. Our host recommended a wonderful upscale restaurant on the waterfront, La Marinella, which offered amazing service, delicious food prepared artfully and exceptional views.
Negative: There is nothing negative to say regarding the property accommodations, host or location.
Positive: The property is in an excellent location on the main street but was very quiet as it was at the back. Loved the authentic original decor of the appartment, the tiles and bathroom fixtures. Host was welcoming and helpful.
Negative: The only window looks out onto internal courtyard. The kitchen is tiny and tap hard to turn off to stop dripping. The table and chairs was a bit uncomfortable.
Positive: Location was great, but a bit noisy. A tradeoff to get a location in the center of town. Worth it... Representative Vito was very personable and helped us out well. Thank you...

Negative: It felt a bit like a college room with big pictures of Marilyn Monroe on the wall. I wish they had provided a roll of paper towels.
Positive: The location was excellent very close to train station and main square. Vito was an amazing host-very responsive and helpful and helped organize an excellent trip to Capri. It was nice there was a coffee maker and pods. It seemed like an adequate, typical Italian apt.
Negative: The AC didn’t work great but was ok. It would have been nice to have more bedding and wash cloths. We also had expected a real balcony with table which this wasn’t. It was on the Main Street with Juliette balcony and was noisy/lively until late at night but we didn’t mind. Ask which apt you are getting as there are some with try balcony and peekaboo of the sea-we wished we had that.
Positive: We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location was central to Sorrento main streets.
Negative: Can be a bit loud due to the proximity to the shops below, but not overly loud.
Positive: The air conditioning was perfect, kept us cool on even the hottest days. Great location, right down town and close to everything.
Negative: In the description it said there was a rooftop but we were out in a separate building and was not made aware of any rooftop. Also had to wait for host to give us the keys not realizing there was not a front desk.
Positive: The Host is very nice! Gave us Recommendations and saved our luggage while the day. We loved to stayed there. The location is perfect in the middle of the historic center! Everything is near by. The apartment is really big it had is Special.
Negative: Another trash can in the room! ( I threw something to the trash and stuck my had in the furniture so please move the trash place).
Positive: It was perfectly located, it was comfortable, and had air conditioning. It was a lovely place.
Positive: We did not get the room we book and pay for, it was not nice. I think is a problem with booking.com they show you picture of the room and you get one totally different, and it wasn't functional. The gentleman that is on charge, he is pleasant, but pleasant does not help us, specially been out of the country.
Negative: The room we rent and pay, it was not the same. For 3 persons, my husband, my self and a elderly woman, sleeping our friend, it wasn't convenient, all of us in the seme room, just an Armour dividing the kitchen and she was right next to the kitchen no division of anything. The toilet was leaking on the floor. The place were they meet you to give you the keys, it is very nice, and that's the one they show you in the pictures wend you book, but they take you to another old building, that just to open the BIG front door it took some muscle. We're this building is located is very convenient to restaurant etc. My husband and my self rented another place and let our friend stay by her self to have more privacy.
Positive: Great location in the city center. Close to restaurants, bars and shops and marina is only a 10 minute walk.
Negative: Pillows were hard.
Positive: This stay was the most fun and close to every thing we wanted. The beach, the elevator to the beach, the plaza, the gelato! Anything we needed was available to us. Our daughter and her family had one side of the apartment and we had the other. Street view was great. Next time we're going across the hall to the water view! Yes, we'll be back! I took a few photographs and added them.
Negative: Not a thing! If you're two families ask to see if you can get two sets of keys. I had to let my kids in at night! lol. I was on grandma duty.
