Foreigners not resident in the country who acquire a tourist package, checking their immigration status with the current PIP5 Entry and Permanence Permit seal, with the current PTP-5 Temporary Permit Permit seal, or the current TP-11 visa; they will be exempt from the 19% VAT tax.

NOT ALLOWED
· The entry or intake of psychoactive substances within the hotel facilities is not allowed.
· According to resolution 1956 of March 30, 2008, issued by the Ministry of Social Protection, smoking is prohibited in rooms, public areas, restaurants and lounges.
· Pets are not allowed in our hotel, we do not have adequate facilities for it.
· Do not use speakers, if you want to listen to music you must use headphones.
· We do not allow the entry of musical groups or mini-stores.
· It is not allowed to play with balls or floats inside our passive pool.
It is necessary to present the identity document of all the people who will be staying, including the civil registry if they are accompanied by minors.
