How to arrive

Positive: Location
Positive: We like pretty much everything. The rooms were very clean and spacious.
Negative: We didn’t like the towels.
Positive: I don't think there was anything my family or I liked it was a complete disappointment.
Negative: The beds were really hard, the lighting was horrible, the hot water took forever to come out, the dirty towels we left on the floor were picked up and refolded and left on the bed and couch, the TV was so old and dark you could barely distinguish the picture, there parking was bad, and the staff when we arrived were very inattentive and it took forever to get the room even though I had sent an email letting them know of our arrival time and they asked for a deposit for the TV remote and pool towels and when we were leaving apparently they couldn't find my deposit. The stay was a total and complete disappointment. We will never stay there again.
