We enjoyed a long weekend at the Hotel Bendinat. It is in a fantastic location and our seaview room was a particular treat.
The staff are very courteous and the food and service of a very high standard.

Positive: Lunch on the seaview terrace is amazing.

Positive: The location and property were outstanding. The restaurant was excellent, with the generous morning buffet and menu option and fine dining for lunch and dinner with the best views and ambiance. The staff was kind and helpful.

Negative: The room did not match the quality of the hotel overall but was adequate with comfortable bedding. The balcony view was nice. Robes and water were provided, but no in-room coffee maker.

Positive: This historic property was well situated on a gorgeous point with easy access to the water. The lush landscaping and design was stunning. The staff were really courteous and attentive to all of our requests. It’s quite a posh place so be sure to bring your fancy resortwear.

Positive: The location is one of a kind! The views are spectacular and the piece is just incredible.

Negative: Hard to pin down but for a Hotel of that price the last little nodge was just missing (e.g. two separate mattresses, only one pair of towels in the room, no coffee maker in the room, no hand steamer or iron in the room, etc.)

Positive: Great Spa! Reasonably priced - 100 Euro for treatment. Excellent view and location. The water at the beach was very clean. Rooms were comfortable and cleaning was thorough.

Negative: Beach facilities lacking. Not enough loungers, umbrellas. Poorly maintained. Lacking beach food/drinks service and overpriced. Breakfast over the weekend went down hill as if no supplies arrived.

Positive: location is the best thing about this property. view of the ocean with lots of Mega Yachts.

Negative: No parking, beware you must park your car on the street which is a neighborhood. Therefore we cabbed everywhere as we didn’t want the hassle of finding a place to park. TV reception was non-existent. We had to go to a sport’s bar to watch the French Open. I think the hotel should have paid for our cab there and back. Lock on patio door did not work. AC was either too cold or too hot. Nice size room but decor very dated. Pool area poorly managed. My husband injured his arm moving a lawn recliner to a shaded area. Pool guy should have done this for us. Restaurant had a magnificent view of the water but food was not good and highly expensive. Charged 8 euros for bucket of ice. Did not supply any complimentary water. When asked about this, front desk told me to use mini bar so had to pay for it. No golf carts to take guests to their rooms. Front desk manager not friendly and was condescending. I repeatedly sent a note thru Booking to inquire about parking. Did not get an answer until 2 days before check in. This hotel could be so much more than it is.

Positive: Hotel beach area was amazing- near by beaches to walk to as well. There’s a path that you can take into the marina resort area too that’s filled with shops and restaurants. Restaurant had a great view and fabulous food

Negative: The furniture in the room was a little drab and dated

Positive: Location is great,direct view of the sea, helpful staff, nice gardens and surroundings. would love to visit again.

Negative: Food and drinks a little overpriced and too fancy. especially for lunch or afternoon snack it would be great if there was a more relaxed area. rooms could be upgraded a little bit, for example hair dryers.

Negative: awful beds, to the point I need to see a chiropractor to relief my back pain after my one week stay in the hotel. intolerable for such an expensive rate and well known hotel. the restaurant is absurdly overpriced. we had lunch at the jumeirah hotel and it was cheaper. uncomfortable beach, you need to drive to get to Mallorca’s beautiful beaches
