Positive: I enjoyed my stay here and the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure you're comfortable many thanks you to badr and Ibrahim. The riad was very clean and cosy. it's away from the main Streets and you don't really hear all the hustle and bustle of the marketplace.

    Negative: Nothing

Positive: The staff were amazing, treated us like family and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed the drinks and snacks available to order and the roof terrace was lovely.

Negative: Nothing bad to say. The only improvement we can think of is more fruit with breakfast but it was all lovely.

Positive: The staff is beyond amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed everyone from the transfer drivers, Ibrahim & the owner. I came to Marrakesh solo with my 3 year old daughter and everyone made sure we were safe, went above and beyond to help with my daughter and tried to help distract/calm her if she was a little fussy. They never overstepped boundaries, never pushed for tips, always did an amazing job. Thank you so much to everyone. The AC gets cold! It is a very quiet area with all of the main attractions within a 10 minute walk. They even kept 3 big suitcases for me while I went to Italy for a short trip. Everything is phenomenal. I will stay here again if I’m ever in Marrakesh

    Negative: Everything was great.

Positive: Great medina (right at the heart of the old town and markets) location. Good staff; young Ibrahim is great staff. Even free Netflix and chill 😎

Negative: Feedback only, not a dislike: Breakfast can be improved though; but still great (seems more of Morocco experience than unique to this Riad only; breakfast limited in choices etc). But definitely good place for few nights stay. There are many more riads try out as many as possible.

Positive: Excellent location, we could walk everywhere - close to the market but in a quiet side street. also close to some affordable and decent restaurants plus tons of hamams/ spas close by.

Negative: nothing to complain about, it ticked all our boxes.

Positive: At the center of the Medina in a very good location. While being in the center, it is recessed on a small side street for complete peace and tranquility while you are in the road, no outside noise can be heard for a peaceful sleep. Ali and the owners are incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating. The riad is modern and rooms are well equipped with TV, AC and amenities for the shower. Very clean and well kept grounds. A MUST stay!

Negative: Nothing - all was perfect :)

    27/04/20237Good

Positive: Breakfast was good and included a fried egg, a couple different types of breads, a couple of cakes, crepes, butter, jam and coffee. It was not buffet style, but prepared for each table individually upon request. I would’ve liked to have a bit more diversity in terms of food, but I understand the limitations given the relatively small number of guests.

Negative: The room was a bit smaller than expected and there were no windows to the outside, just a small window to the central sitting area of the riad; this is understandable though given the layouts of these kinds of buildings.

Positive: this property was super clean, very central to everything, and the staff was so nice, respectful, and amazing!

Negative: I have no complaints! Ali is amazing !

Positive: This is a very cute Riad just off from the central hustle and bustle. Great value for money. Excellent location and close to walk everywhere and it felt more authentic. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby too. Our host was wonderful, very kind, friendly, and helpful. We were offered a welcome Moroccan mint tea which was a nice touch. The rooms are nicely decorated and all basics are provided except for a hair dryer. I liked that the communal spaces are kept quiet, it was nice to unwind after a busy day.

Negative: Our room (Rabat) was not well-ventilated and it smelled damp with noticeable water stains on the ceiling. The beds are quite hard. Rooms would benefit from mini-fridges. Breakfasts are plentiful of local crepes, cakes, and bread. But not so great for someone with coeliac disease. They did offer eggs/ yogurt, and fruit, but on a daily rotation. It was a little strange and I often left breakfast still hungry. Not the case for my partner. Gluten-free bread was offered but for an additional 3 euros per day... I thought that was a little cheeky and expensive. The preparation and worry about cross-contamination of the bread was a worry, so I opted out. It would have been nice if more local fruit were offered. It was pomegranate season, and not a single pomegranate in sight.

Positive: Great location where you can get to a main road in 2 mins but still has a madina vibe. Staff is nice. Basic breakfast but it will give u enough energy for a morning stroll. A/C is working well.

Negative: The TV couldn't connect to internet but mobile and laptop had no problem. So not a big deal

Positive: The central area was beautiful, the staff were super nice and helpful, the excursion we took from there was very fun.

Negative: The bed was a little bit hard and the breakfast lacked a little bit of variety. The pool was very small.
