I booked all inclusive in the koala gardens but the apartments were too far away from the hotel for your food and drinks and entertainment and as my wife cannot walk very far it was a big problem i had to take her to the hotel in the car for how food and drink then try to find somewere to park the car. So i had to pay another 210 euros to move closer to the hotel to make things easy for my wife
Positive: staff were very good the place is nice and clean if you had a problem it was always dealt with quickly
Negative: It needs to be made clearer how far the apartments are away from the hotel even if you book all-inclusive but the hotel is not really a hotel they are all apartments just the hotel side has had a makeover
