The reception is open from 09.00 to 18.00. The guests can check in from 12:00 to 18:00, after 18:00 guests must inform the hotel via email at info@ludovisiluxutyrooms.it and if the guest is delayed, s/he must call at the hotel to inform the time of arrival.
