The Tenuta Tizzauli is located amongst charming hills of olive groves, Chianti vineyards, cereal cultivation and woods.
This is the land of castles, bringing to mind a past of chivalrous life; the land of farmsteads, of peasants' homes, of what was once the hard life of the share croppers.
The estate farmstead, carefully and sympathetically restored, consists of the farmhouse which comprises 7 apartments, each with a separate entrance, and of 3 converted farm buildings, the former barn, coach house, and outhouse respectively.
All the apartments are furnished in a Tuscan style and offer delightful views.
The proximity of Tenuta Tizzauli to Tuscany’s cities of art makes it the ideal place for a relaxing and cultural stay.

How to arrive
Tenuta Tizzauli is in the hills between Florence and Empoli and is easily accessible both from the Motorways and from the main state roads.
From Milan/Bologna, Rome and Florence Airport:
Leave the A1 Motorway at the Firenze Scandicci exit and take the dual-carriage way FIRENZE-PISA-LIVORNO (FI-PI-LI), direction Pisa-Livorno. From Florence Airport take the dual-carriage way FIRENZE-PISA-LIVORNO (FI-PI-LI), direction Pisa-Livorno. Take the Ginestra Fiorentina exit and turn right towards Montespertoli. At the second round-about, take the SP 80 road (Strada Provinciale 80) towards Montespertoli and after 4 kilometres turn right into Via Tizzavoli following signs to "Tenuta Tizzauli".
From Pisa – Livorno:
Take the dual-carriage way FIRENZE-PISA-LIVORNO (FI-PI-LI), direction Firenze. Take the Ginestra Fiorentina exit and turn right towards Montespertoli. At the second round-about, take the SP 80 road (Strada Provinciale 80) towards Montespertoli and after 4 kilometres turn right into Via Tizzavoli following signs to "Tenuta Tizzauli".
