Positive: It was so much to do. It was clean and good location.
Negative: Housekeeping was not available when called. The trolley wasn’t available when asking for service.
Positive: The resort itself was very pretty the scenery
Negative: the staff there were really mean and not so friendly there were maybe about 2-3 nice employees working there. The service is horrible they take 1-2 days to fix problems. Everything closed by 11 on the resort. The food was horrible.

Negative: 1. We checked in for two rooms at 3:00 pm as usual and only one of the rooms was ready and they told us to call a few minutes later to tell us what the room number was. We called and they transferred us from one person to another to tell us that the room was not ready yet. We called more than four times and it was always the same story and it was not until more than three hours later that we were finally able to get it. 2. In the check-in process they would always give information about the restaurants and if you need to make a reservation, they never told us anything so we couldn’t go to one the first night. 3. In the buffet they did not put napkins, the waiters approached the table and asked if we wanted something to drink which we did and then they did not appear anymore. This happened several times. 4. There is no information about the shows or anything that indicates the activities of the week. Although not the whole experience was bad, these completely overshadowed the few good things that occurred.
Positive: The staff was so hospitable Jose the host was excellent👌 I had fell in the room cause the shower was leaking thru the bathroom wall on the room floor,and Jose was so understanding and called maintenance they came right away caulking the wall and the floor it was so amazing, went to the Asian food place on the resort the people was so nice my fiance birthday they celebrated with us so wonderful im going to tell 100 of my friends to stay there when they travel
Negative: That I had to leave, the steak house on property was not good over cooked steak, food was cold no good, and the diner place on property it was hair in my food and the glasses of water was spotty other then that everything else was good
Positive: Definitely coming back! Incredible experience and amazing personnel who are always available to help guests. The food, drinks, room everything was excellent.

Negative: Staff at ice cream shop rude. You should hand items to the person not sit it on the counter. Cleaning service could’ve cleaned better. There were towels left under my bed from a previous person having the room and shower could’ve been cleaned better.

Negative: The air conditioning in my room and theater was lack, and need to make a better piña colada
Positive: this was my partners & I’s first time out of the country and overall the resort/staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe & comfortable. Even decorated our room for my partners birthday. The staff was very welcoming & our gentleman Jose was so friendly helping us get settled,getting us reservations, also answering all my questions/concerns any time of the day. It is alittle far from the airport but I think it was well worth it. 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back!!
Positive: The property is really well maintained. I had Johanser Mazara assisted me throughout my stay and he is a great guy. Helped me with all the reservations and bookings.
Positive: The whole facility was elegant, clean, food delicious, restaurants variety, entertainments were wonderful… a lot to offer and a lot to do… the pools clear and neats and so the beach!!! It is imposible to don’t have the best time right there… Looking forward to come back soon…
Negative: A exceptional Job of my Mayordomo, José Miguel Jiménez, from the first moment he fulfilled everything we need it, permanent communication and quick to answer and take care our needs, wonderful communication and the best personality. Another person was yukelkis the room keeper lady, every day and afternoon and night she care to keep our room clean and neat alone with the towels and everything we needed in our bathroom, she was the best, her sweetness and personality imposible to don’t love her… Another person in entertainment was Stephany… the best friend, fun, profesional and the joy of the Party ever… I really will miss her… attentive to every needs and quick to answer in any situation and need Another wonderful person was Juana our waiter from the buffet, always having my coffee a water ready, cleaning the plates and table quick… beautiful personality and ready to serve all the time…
Positive: The property was very clean and beautiful. Our room was amazing and the beds were comfortable. Our butler Jose was very attentive and helpful. Most of the employees were nice and friendly.

Negative: Not enough chairs, umbrellas and staff
Positive: They made a big deal when checking in about passports we explained we were staying with family. They just care about up selling constantly harassing to sell. Everything is first come first serve not enough to go around . I'm on vacation don't want to be working so hard for pool chairs reservations for restaurants etc.
Positive: I loved the variety of food at the buffet.
Negative: The Adults Only experience is a scam. You pay for nothing as the main activities happen in the general pool and all room look the same. Had a construction that started at 9 am and ended at 7 pm. Not napping or sleeping until late.
Positive: Lobby area was Beautiful, my room was nice (I will always request room 8127), enjoyed the swim up pool to my room & the swing. I slept wonderfully. OEF made my 53rd BIRTHDAY, very special per the VIP Dinner invite!!!! EVERYTHING was yummy!
Negative: Aesthetics of the inner court areas of the rooms. Brown wood in rooms could be painted a nice color to give an illusion of updating.

Negative: My room, pieces of the ceiling kept falling down everyday, the walls in the bathroom was leaking water on the bathroom floor. Complained to them the whole time we were there and no did anything.

Positive: My Butler Jose was so kind,attentive, and helpful. The best experience. He made my stay wonderful

Negative: The resort on the outside looks nice but the rooms are outdated and dirty. I had a roof top suite and the first 2 nights my jacuzzi didn't work it was fixed the third morning. My shower head was laying on the tub faucet and repaired the second day. How do you rent a roof top suite with these two-thing broken? The food was horrible and to ask for a straw was like a crime. I'm traveling with a two-year-old who needs straws to drink. My daughter had $10 took from her wallet and my mother had $30 took from her wallet. She was told her wallet should have been in safe and it's two sets of cleaning crews that enter the room throughout the day and night. The employees were very rude as if they didn't want the customers, it was not a pleasant experience. The food was horrible nothing was hot at all. The buffet should be closed due to poor quality food and filth. Then when the crew did clean, they did wait for you to move your plate before debris was wiped onto it. No training in customer service at all. My daughter er ordered a burger specified cheese allergy burger comes with cheese and raw, not rare but raw. The restaurants are booked by 8:05 so it's no sleeping in if you want to try and get decent food and you still not guaranteed that. The steakhouse ran out of mashed potatoes didn't tell us just brought out fries. When asked about the potatoes it was an attitude for asking, like we work in the kitchen and know what's left to serve. the overall vacation was ruined. Won't happen again because I won't book here again. No compensation no apologizes just continuous attitudes. I got the point we won't return.
