Entirely renovated in 2007 the hotel offers 9 Prestige rooms and 2 Luxury Suites, all with original parquet floors, fireplaces, marble bathrooms and park views.

The hotel was buill in the early 19th Century, it was then called then Pavillon. It was built as a stunning guest house wto accommodate all the privileged guests of the chateau. Keeping in line with the architecture of the chateau the “Pavillon” benefits from impossibly high ceilings and arched curves of the neoclassical times. In 1958, the Chateau and its parkland was classed as a historic monument and in 2008 so was the "Pavillon" now the hotel La Réserve au Pavillon du CHateau Raba.
The hotel's gourmet restaurant, run by a private chef and his sommelier, offers guests fresh regional gourmet cuisine and prestigious local wines. A breakfast buffet is served daily and à la carte and set menu options are available at lunch and dinner.
From Bordeaux Mérignac Airport: take the ring road (Rocade) towards Bayonne-Toulouse-Arcachon and take exit 16. Then follow the directions below. By car from the Bordeaux ring road (Rocade) take exit 16 towards Talence. Continue in this direction for 500 metres, pass 5 sets of traffic lights, before turning right at the sign for the hotel. The hotel entrance is at the end of the road (200 metres) on the right.
The hotel's rooms and suites reflect their 18th-century heritage with original parquet floors, fireplaces and views across the extensive parkland. All rooms and suites have been dedicated to local grand cru wines and come equipped with king-size beds, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. The private marble bathrooms have been fitted with Italian-style showers, a bathtub and hairdryer, and the bathrooms in the suites feature hot tubs. All rooms and suites come with individually regulated air conditioning and heating units, as well as a private terrace.
The hotel is situated in peaceful private parkland with a wooden deck ideal for sunbathing and relaxing on with a glass of wine (sun loungers and parasols can be rented for a fee). In the park there is a covered heated pool with a 2-seater sauna and a large, well-equipped gym (fees apply). For an additional fee, guests can book a relaxing massage treatment, either Shiatsu or Tao. Guests both young and old can enjoy a game of table tennis or bocce (fees apply). How to arrive
By plane : 7 km from the international airport of Bordeaux-Mérignac. Take the ring road (Rocade) in the direction of Bayonne - Toulouse - Arcachon and exit at exit 16. Follow the below instructions 'by car'.
By train : 7 km from the station 'Gare Saint Jean' take the tram line C to Quinconces, then change to line B until Doyen Brus (about 20mins). La Réserve au Pavillon du Château Raba is 800m away on foot in the direction of the 'Bordeaux Ecole de Management'.
By car : From the Bordeaux Ring-road (ROCADE) take exit 16 in the direction of TALENCE. Continue in this direction for 500m, you will pass 5 traffic lights, turn right where the hotel is sign posted. The entrance to hotel is at the end of the road (200m) to your right.
