You can check in and collect your keys at BTB Ondara, located at 12 Gonzalo Ortolá Street, Ondara
Check-in is possible between 16:00 and 19:00, from Monday to Friday
From June to September, you can also check in on Saturday, from 16:00 until 20:00

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required at check-in
It will be returned on departure, once the state of the villa has been checked
