Location This hotel is situated directly beside the white sandy beaches of Cancun's hotel district. Isla Mujeres and the Nichupté Lagoon are to be found directly across from the hotel complex. The centre of Cancun is only a 20-minute walk away and buses to and from the city pass in front of the hotel every 10 minutes. Shopping and entertainment venues are to be found in the near vicinity. Cancun International Airport is a 25-minute drive away.
The Mexican style rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, two double beds or king-sized beds, air conditioning and a hire safe. The rooms also have either a balcony or a terrace.
The well-maintained outdoor complex comprises a swimming pool as well as sun loungers and parasols. A solarium and a massage service are offered to guests. As of April 1, 2021, VISITAX enters into force to facilitate the payment of the use of foreign tourism. It can be done from the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists may cover it before their arrival or during their stay. As of January 1, 2017, tourists must pay an ISH rate per room and per night of occupancy under the concept of Environmental Sanitation Rights carried out by the municipality. This fee must be paid at the hotel.

Celuisma Maya Caribe is located a few kilometers from the main shopping malls, restaurants and nightclubs. It's just 17 miles from the airport.
