The Hermitage Hotel is located in an exceptional place of the town of Casares, in the heat of the Mountain range and surrounded by Golf Courses oriented towards the south, it offers spectacular views to the Mediterranean Sea and the Coasts of Morocco. The Hotel owns 7 Suites, 7 Double Rooms and one Presidential Suite. The Restaurant, Cafe and Cellar are in the main Building and the Suites are distributed between this Building and in two singular constructions located next to the swimming pool area.

The restaurant specialises in Mediterranean cuisine typical of the area. A continental breakfast is served whilst both lunch and dinner are available à la carte and from a set menu.

Each of the rooms is comfortable, elegant and unique. They have been decorated with style and personality, offering amazing views over the Mediterranean. Some have direct access to the garden. The hotel is located in Sierra de la Utrera in a very quiet area surrounded by golf courses. It is 10 km from the coast of Casares and just 4 km from the village of Casares, well-known for its historical and archaeological importance. There are also numerous bars in the centre of Casares.
