According to the booking policy, if you cancel your reservation on time, the pre-payment will be refunded the same day of your cancellation, within 48 hour if the credit card is European, for non-European credit card it will be within 5 working days
There is a driver service that lets guest travel to and from both the station and the airport
A maximum of 5 people can be transported
The airport shuttle fee from both Brussels Airports is 55 EUR and from Brussels train stations is 25 EUR
