Positive: The location was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful
Negative: On a few occasions where I had to call the front desk no one picked up. Also, there were visible fingerprints on the door in our room
Positive: The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to be helpful and we did need that extra assistance.

Positive: Nice location, friendly helpful staff, adequate accommodations. Rooms could use some updated rugs and furniture, but it was quiet, clean overall and comfortable. The shower stall had some black, slimy mold in the grout, which we reported to the front desk. They were super responsive, had us send pics, and addressed the issue with the head of housekeeping immediately. I’d stay there again for the price and location!

Positive: The property was centrally located in Quebec city within walking distance of the Fairmont, hotel, and beautiful boutique stores. The restaurant downstairs was excellent.
Negative: The room had potential for improved coziness, but its spacious layout felt a bit open. By rearranging the furniture and adding some decorative elements, the overall comfort and warmth of the space could be enhanced significantly.
Positive: Great location, nicely restored heritage building
Negative: Just minor things. It would be good to have more places to hang up towels. An additional comfortable chair would make it better for two people to relax.
Positive: Great location, a walk to nearly everywhere I wanted to go. CLEAN and very spacious rooms. Terrific view. Nice and helpful staff.
